Tour director L. De Vega\/Defino defeated J. Villanueva\/S. Wong 2-6, 6-4, 7-6 (7-1).<\/p>\n<p>Men&#8217;s doubles category winners: 2.0 level \u2013 R. Arive\/M. Buenabajo def. A. Rosario\/S. Biton 6-2, 2-6, 6-2;  3.0 level \u2013  E. Guzman\/J. Frasco def. S. Biton\/G. Olanda 6-0, 6-l; 4.0 \u2013 level L. Padilla\/R. Curacero def. J. Villanueva\/R. Frias 7-5, 1-6, 6-3. Women&#8217;s doubles category: S. Wong\/L. Pasana def. L. Trance\/R.
