He completed his US training at the University of Illinois in Chicago, where he had special training in women&#8217;s mental health, psycho pharmacology, and crisis intervention.<\/p>\n<p>Saipan has a very ethnically and culturally diverse population, with unique differences in the presentation of mental health.
