Cuki \u201cThe Flying Cockroach\u201d Alvarez said he is open to returning to the octagon if the opponent and price is right.<\/p>\n

The Trench Tech Promotions president, who has a 6-0 win-loss slate in MMA, said he believes he still has what it takes to succeed in the sport but is simply waiting for a fight opportunity he simply couldn’t refuse.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf and only if an opportunity arises with PXC (Pacific Xtreme Championship) or another organization and the money is right, I may consider doing it again. We’ll just have to wait and see.Eli Monge of PXC are you reading this?\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The now 41-year-old fighter started his MMA career with a first round stoppage of Billy \u201cThe Kid\u201d Ada at FURY 7 in December 2005.<\/p>\n

He then made it 2-0 when he defeated Joey Tajeron via shoulder dislocation in March 2006 at FURY Fighting Islands 4.<\/p>\n

Alvarez ran his record to 3-0 after winning his bout against Leo \u201cLion Heart\u201d Cing via unanimous decision at FURY 8 in December 2006.<\/p>\n

Brian \u201cShotgun\u201d Howard was the next to fall against \u201cThe Flying Cockroach\u201d after losing via head-and-arm triangle choke submission in PXC 13: Back From The Dead in December 2007.<\/p>\n

Alvarez’s last two fight came against Pete \u201cDragon\u201d Deleon Guerrero and Wyeneu \u201cOne Time\u201d Bamba in Gorilla Warfare 1: Predator or Prey and PXC 19, respectively.<\/p>\n

He beat Deleon Guerrero by referee stoppage due to flurry of punches in August 2008, while Bamba fell via a north South Kimura arm lock during their bout in May 2010.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know I have the work ethic and skill set to fight at anytime, I just need to have the burning desire and mindset to want to do it again. I am at a point in my life where I am very content with just teaching and guiding my fighters and have them compete under my tutelage.
