Monday was a night of good island music from a group of men who traveled all the way from Hawaii with their repertoire of reggae songs that sent Saipan’s party people to the dance floor of Hyatt Regency’s Gilligan’s Entertainment Center.<\/p>\n

Koa’uka, a Hawaii-based group — composed of Bronson (guitar), West (ukulele), Keahi Lau (bass) and Kaleo (drums) — impressed their audience at the Gilligan’s with their special style of music and unique performance.<\/p>\n

Prior to their two-night concert at the Gilligan’s, the group performed before an awed crowd of reggae lovers in Guam.<\/p>\n

Koa’uka’s own brand of contemporary Hawaiian-reggae and Gilligan’s in-house band, The Rage, sent the house down Tuesday night in a back-to-back performance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
