{"id":55090,"date":"2000-12-08T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-12-08T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/967f6a70-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2000-12-08T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-12-08T00:00:00","slug":"967f6a81-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/967f6a81-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Institutional Development: Making a difference for NMC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Northern Marianas College&#8217;s Institutional Development Unit which operates under the Office of the President and is comprised of three functional areas &#8212;  Marketing and Public Relations, Public Radio Station KRNM, and the Grants Office &#8212; continues to make a difference for the Commonwealth&#8217;s lone higher learning institution.<\/p>\n<p>The unit, established in July 1999, is tasked to do marketing, internal and external communications, public relations, fund raising, alumni relations.
