The suspect then forced her to perform oral copulation and raped her.<\/p>\n<p>According to the police report, the victim was able to identify the suspect in a photo lineup.  The victim was brought to the Commonwealth Health Center for examination. (LFR)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u2022 \u2022 \u2022<\/p>\n<p>A local man turned himself in to the police after he was advised by his wife that surrendering to the authorities was the right thing to do.<\/p>\n<p>Jimmy Joseph Wabolimas, 23, confessed that he committed sexual abuse of a child in the early part of December.
