Bellas has set a $50,000 cash bail for the temporary release of the suspect, who was also held for burglary, assault with a dangerous weapon and criminal oral copulation.<\/p>\n<p>Police said the AGO will ask the court that the suspect, identified only  as E.P.M., be tried as an adult for the alleged crime.<\/p>\n<p>According to police, the suspect broke into the Tanapag residence of  the 25-year-old teacher in the early morning of Dec. 16, 2000.
