Aldan, Jesus P. San Nicolas, Franklin Borja Mundo and Edwin Cabrera.<\/p>\n<p>According to the information, the five accused shot the cattle on Feb. 25, 1999. The conspiracy to promote the slaughtering of cattle was allegedly committed on March 1, 1999.<\/p>\n<p>In another complaint, named respondents were Richard Orinogo Castro, Roque Castro, Rommel G. Senga, Victor Babauta Castro, Vilma Mejia Castro, Jesse R. Babauta, Jesse Castro and Peter Paul Castro Camacho.<\/p>\n<p>They were also accused of unlawful use of firearm and criminal mischief.
