This will greatly alleviate the overcrowding at MHS which currently has an enrollment of about 1852 students. As a result, each school will be able to accommodate about six hundred students.<\/p>\n<p>With three high schools in session, we should consider utilizing one of them as a magnet school for students with special talents or skills. The magnet school concept has become increasingly popular and functional in the mainland.<\/p>\n<p>Basically a magnet school is a school which specializes in certain fields of study in a more concentrated manner than the general high school.
