He forgot that he had released the vehicle&#8217;s hand brake.<\/p>\n<p>As he was standing near the vehicle, the car rolled over his right toe and hit the left side of his body.<\/p>\n<p>Tourist nabbed for shoplifting<\/p>\n<p>Japanese tourist Miki Takamatsu, 31, was arrested by police on Dec. 31, 2000 at around 10 pm after she was caught stealing worth $1,000 of goods at DFS.
