January qualifying round.<\/p>\n<p>Even former club champions Ben Duenas and Joe Lizama were impress with Kaipat&#8217;s game that at the end of the qualifying round tournament they were nowhere to be considered as contenders for the January title.<\/p>\n<p>Kaipat&#8217;s 39 in the front nine and 42 back nine gave him a total of 81 gross and with his double digit 12 handicaps place him a net 69 good for first place.<\/p>\n<p>Close behind was Ben &#8220;Tofila&#8221; Guerrero a new member with a net score 70 followed by Joe &#8220;Kamiakaze&#8221; Camacho with a net score 71 for second and third place respectively.<\/p>\n<p>For the accuracy department Bill Kaipat was the winner for hole # 3 and Jess Wabol was the closest on hole # 15. All winners were given cash prizes for their efforts. R.G.A. would like to recognize and welcome our new members for year 2001, veteran Jess Aldan, Ben Guerrero and Dwayne Stephens.<\/p>\n<p>Our January Ace Tournament is set for Jan. 28, 2001.
