Chicken<\/p>\n<p>Tandoori Chicken<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients (Make one whole chicken)<\/p>\n<p>250 grams yogurt-natural<\/p>\n<p>15\tgrams chili powder<\/p>\n<p>10\tgrams cumon powder<\/p>\n<p>10\tgrams coriander powder<\/p>\n<p>10\tgrams curry powder<\/p>\n<p>5\tgrams cinnamon powder<\/p>\n<p>2\tgrams fenugreek leaves<\/p>\n<p>50\tml oil- mustard or vegetable<\/p>\n<p>10\tgrams garlic (paste)<\/p>\n<p>10\tgrams ginger (paste)<\/p>\n<p>2\tgm  food color -orange red<\/p>\n<p>2\tgm. food color -lemon yellow<\/p>\n<p>10\tgm. salt (to taste)<\/p>\n<p>20\tml.  vinegar malt<\/p>\n<p>Preparing Tandoori marinade<\/p>\n<p>Combine all the ingredients in the mixing bowl except the vinegar and whisk to a smooth paste.  Add salt to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Preparing the Chicken<\/p>\n<p>Remove the skin, clean and cut the chicken into parts.<\/p>\n<p>Rub salt and vinegar to the chicken and set aside from 15 to 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Marinate chicken overnight in the Tandoori marinade.<\/p>\n<p>Cooking:<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven at 350 F for 30 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Place the chicken on a rack in the oven for 25 minutes at 350 F. Check  the chicken if already cooked.<\/p>\n<p>Note: This recipe can be used for island-style B.B.Q. but cook chicken at low temperature.
