{"id":55871,"date":"2001-01-30T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2001-01-30T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/96ae7635-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2001-01-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2001-01-30T00:00:00","slug":"96ae7645-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/96ae7645-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"CRM releases own CD-ROMs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Coastal Resources Management Office has started distributing two sets of educational CDs which will take the secondary school students to the fascinating world of marine life.<\/p>\n<p>Produced by the University of Guam Marine Laboratory, CRM contributed $10,000 for the production of the educational CDs. Two agencies &#8212; NOAA and the Office of Insular Affairs also provided funds to produce the CDs.<\/p>\n<p>One of the CDs entitled Cities Under the Sea: Coral Reefs CD-ROM was co-produced by Jean-Michel Cousteau Productions. Mr. Cousteau, a world-renowned leader in the exploration of ecosystems has created more than 50 underwater and nature adventure film.<\/p>\n<p>Said Mr. Cousteau: &#8220;The study of coral reefs helps us understand how to preserve our own world for future generations.
