{"id":56557,"date":"2001-03-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2001-03-09T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/96d527d9-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2001-03-09T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2001-03-09T00:00:00","slug":"96d527ea-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/96d527ea-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Fake merchant license holder indicted"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A man discovered by investigators to be in possession of a bogus merchant marine officer&#8217;s license was indicted before the US District Court with a one-count criminal charge for the said offense.<\/p>\n<p>Court documents state that a thorough probe conducted by the Department of Public Safety, US Coast Guard and Federal Bureau of Investigation zeroed in on a finding that defendant Joseph Taman Seman was allegedly caught in possession and use of an altered, changed or counterfeit merchant marine&#8217;s license purportedly issued by the US Coast Guard in Honolulu.<\/p>\n<p>District Judge Alex R.
