Defendant Wanit Jamnorgnok from San Vicente has been charged with two counts of assault and battery and disturbing the peace due to a February 14, 2001 incident.<\/p>\n
The CNMI government has also lodged criminal complaints against a Pacific Islands Club Security Guard for allegedly causing bodily harm to a woman last November 18, 2000.<\/p>\n
Augustine George Ikesakes otherwise known as Augustino George Ikesakes, 40, from Kagman III has been summoned to court to answer to assault and battery and disturbing the peace charges.<\/p>\n
A 28-year-old man residing at Prince Hotel in Sadog Tase has also been ordered to appear in court for assault and battery and disturbing the peace complaints.<\/p>\n
The defendant, Cyprian Gamow, is accused of unlawfully striking, beating, and wounding a lady victim last December 8, 2000.<\/p>\n
