{"id":56965,"date":"2001-04-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2001-04-02T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/96e710a5-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2001-04-02T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2001-04-02T00:00:00","slug":"96e710b6-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/96e710b6-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Men charged of assault and battery"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At least three separate assault and battery criminal suits have been filed at the Commonwealth Superior Court last week, including the case of a 23-year-old man accused of beating a woman allegedly due to an incident that occurred last Valentine&#8217;s day.<\/p>\n<p>Defendant Wanit Jamnorgnok from San Vicente has been charged with two counts of assault and battery and disturbing the peace due to a February 14, 2001 incident.<\/p>\n<p>The CNMI government has also lodged criminal complaints against a Pacific Islands Club Security Guard for allegedly causing bodily harm to a woman last November 18, 2000.<\/p>\n<p>Augustine George Ikesakes otherwise known as Augustino George Ikesakes, 40, from Kagman III has been summoned to court to answer to assault and battery and disturbing the peace charges.<\/p>\n<p>A 28-year-old man residing at Prince Hotel in Sadog Tase has also been ordered to appear in court for assault and battery and disturbing the peace complaints.<\/p>\n<p>The defendant, Cyprian Gamow, is accused of unlawfully striking, beating, and wounding a lady victim last December 8, 2000.<\/p>\n<p>Asst. Atty. General Elaine A.
