Tenorio Enterprises Incorporated, doing business as Joeten Hafa Adai Shopping Center.<\/p>\n<p>According to court documents, during the months of October through December 1999, the 35-year-old defendant illegally acquired an amount of US currency at least $250 but less than $20,000 in value.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Barcinas, a resident of Navy Hill, has been charged with two counts of theft and theft by deception for allegedly obtaining the property from the business entity by creating a false impression regarding his reports and accounting records while he was employed by J. C.
