Mangohig, 34, who admitted to having accidentally stabbed his son-in-law while they were caught in a quarrel inside their Aquino apartment in Central Garapan.<\/p>\n<p>Police records show that the men were pushing and wrestling each other when somehow, the pair of scissors which Mr. Mangohig held ended up puncturing the victim&#8217;s stomach, witnesses told police.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect was reportedly at the kitchen area cutting up some sponges when the fight happened.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Mangohig was then taken under police custody for assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, and disturbing the peace charges.
