At least three of them hold top positions under the law enforcement agency.

Police Commissioner Charles W. Ingram Jr. said the case has been forwarded to the Attorney General’s Investigative Unit, a section that handles the probe on white-collar crimes.

Five .233 ammunition shell casings were reportedly found at the crime scene.

The bullets are believed to have been fired through a gun with a caliber legally allowed in the Northern Marianas.

Though there were no reported injuries as a result of the shooting incident, police records reveal that at least three gun shots were fired at the structure, creating holes on the victims’ car and bedroom.
