Funkugub with felon in possession of a firearm; possession of a firearm with a removed, altered, or obliterated serial number; and felon in possession of ammunition.<\/p>\n<p>According to the indictment filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the NMI, Funkugub was caught in possession of a Smith and Wesson .38-caliber revolver on Oct. 11, 2011. The revolver&#8217;s serial number had been removed, altered, or obliterated-a violation of U.S. Code, according to the indictment filed by assistant U.S. attorney Garth R.
