Manglona remanded yesterday to the custody of the U.S. Marshal a probationer who had allegedly threatened to stab his mother.<\/p>\n<p>Lucas Manglona&#8217;s term of supervised release was revoked on Feb. 23, 2012, after he was found using marijuana and methamphetamine or \u201cice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Probation Officer Gregory F. Arriola said that he received a call from Manglona&#8217;s mother on March 19, 2012, during which she told him that Transitional Living Center staff members had stopped by her residence to administer defendant&#8217;s monthly medication shot but he refused to take the shot and instead chased them away.<\/p>\n<p>Manglona also allegedly threatened to stab her, forcing her to leave the house to contact the police.<\/p>\n<p>That same day, police officers arrested Manglona for disturbing the peace.<\/p>\n<p>In September 2011, Manglona allegedly refused to take his medication as ordered by a psychiatrist, threatened he would kill a nurse, and tested positive for marijuana use.<\/p>\n<p>Manglona&#8217;s probation had been revoked several times in the past for continued use of illegal drugs and consumption of alcoholic beverages.<\/p>\n<p>Manglona is one of three persons convicted of passing fake money to some stores on Saipan.
