(SSC)\" width=\"100\" height=\"56\" border=\"0\" \/>\u00a0 The 2011 Saipan Swim Club Jingle Bell Fun Run will be held on Dec. 7.<\/p>\n<p>Registration starts at 4pm, while the race begins at 5pm from the Garapan Fishing Base to Kilili Beach. Entrance fee is only $15, inclusive of tote bags (for the first 100 registered participants) and raffle tickets.<\/p>\n<p>The race from Garapan to the finish line is about five kilometers and runners can enter in the men&#8217;s and open divisions or student category<\/p>\n<p>Last year, Ketson \u201cJack\u201d Kabiriel and Mamiko Oshima-Berger ruled the men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s divisions with times of 17:57 and 19:30, respectively. In the students division, John Auther of Whispering Palms placed first with his time of 20:15.
