Teams are limited to four in each division and teams should provide jersey numbers for easier identification of each player.<\/p>\n<p>Due to a limitation of teams that can play in this league, registration deadline is on Dec. 13, 2011 and is on a first come, first serve basis.<\/p>\n<p>Games will have two equal periods of 20 minutes, timeouts of 1 minute, and halftimes of 5 minutes. Saipan Soccer School emphasizes that all games must always start on time and encourages coaches and support personnel to ensure that all team members are present and equipped to play.<\/p>\n<p>There is a $10 registration fee per player.
