The victim was sitting in her car when the suspect, described as a male dressed in black pants, long-sleeved shirt with a hood, approached her car.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect attempted to open the driver&#8217;s door, which was locked. The suspect rushed to the passenger side and opened the door. The suspect sprayed the victim with mace and escaped with the victim&#8217;s purse, running toward Glory Market.<\/p>\n<p>The items stolen include a black Guess purse, $200 in cash, a $2 bill, CNMI driver&#8217;s license, CNMI Treasury child tax and stimulus checks, and a Sky brand cell phone.<\/p>\n<p>DPS and Crime Stoppers are seeking help from the public.
