{"id":80991,"date":"2004-05-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2004-05-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/9f4cacf7-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2004-05-12T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2004-05-12T00:00:00","slug":"9f4cad0b-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/9f4cad0b-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Residential, biz inspections in Kagman"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Division of Environmental Quality and the Bureau of Environmental Health is conducting On-site Disposal System and premise compliance inspections on residential and business facilities in Kagman. <\/p>\n<p>The inspections is ongoing since April 21 and will continue to be conducted every Tuesday and Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>These inspections are mandated by Public Law 12-48, which states that inspection must be conducted on commercial and private premises to prevent and control vector-borne diseases. Furthermore, the Governor\u2019s Directive, No. 220 discusses the identification and elimination of non-point source pollution, such as leakage from sewer systems and effluent disposals.<\/p>\n<p>Kagman residents are asked to cooperate with inspectors by keeping their dog(s) on a leash for the safety of the inspectors.
