{"id":80996,"date":"2004-05-13T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2004-05-13T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/9f4cb1fa-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2004-05-13T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2004-05-13T00:00:00","slug":"9f4cb20a-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/9f4cb20a-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Cape Air&#8217;s Guam-NMI service to start July 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Continental Micronesia and Massachusetts-based Cape Air are scheduled to begin their air service partnership between Guam and Rota on July 1. <\/p>\n<p>The commuter service, which will operate as Continental Connection, or CO Connection, will use aircraft owned and operated by Cape Air, Continental Micronesia announced in a press release. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We fly out of seven cities in Japan, and traffic from these cities will certainly bring an influx of visitors to the CNMI for day trips,&#8221; Continental Micronesia President and Chief Executive Officer Mark Erwin said in the press release. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;All of us at Cape Air are very excited about our latest joint venture with Continental Airlines,&#8221; said Cape Air President Dan Wolf. <\/p>\n<p>Plans for CO Connection service in the Pacific will include flights between Guam and Saipan. <\/p>\n<p>To book travel on CO Connection, customers can contact their travel agent or Continental Reservations. On Rota, call 1-866-359-6453 (FLY-MIKE). <\/p>\n<p>Continental Airlines and Cape Air have an agreement to provide commuter air service in and around Florida and the Caribbean, the press release states.
