The San Vicente Elementary School played host to hundreds of people last Friday night as they celebrated the school\u2019s Family Night at the school grounds.<\/p>\n
The event was held in honor of past and present members of the school\u2019s community and in celebration of Mother\u2019s Day and Father\u2019s Day. It was also a reunion among students, parents, teachers, community members and past school administrators, as well as administrators of the Public School System.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are blessed by cooperative parents and community,\u201d said SVES principal Janet C. Villagomez. \u201cThe event is very meaningful for all the families and former administrators, and I thank the entire community for helping making this a successful event. It takes a community to educate a child.\u201d<\/p>\n
The event featured also featured live entertainment, courtesy of visiting performers and various musical and dancing performances by all grade levels at the school and a play promoting a healthy environment. Vendors were also present to provide drinks and food.<\/p>\n
