Bowers alleged that Zheng presented the passport of his brother\u2014Zheng Wen Shun\u2014to CNMI immigration officers last May 19, misrepresenting his identity.<\/p>\n<p>Two days before this incident, the defendant declared his brother\u2019s name and date of birth apparently to misrepresent his identity during court proceedings, according to Bowers. Zheng, however, yesterday pleaded not guilty to the charges.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Judge Alex R. Munson set the jury trial against Zheng beginning Aug. 16.
