The Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium in Oleai is no exception, so the Rotary Club of Saipan Summer Youth Basketball League is going to push back the opening slate of games that were set to begin this past Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Just how far back will be decided tomorrow, as there will be a mandatory coaches meeting to reschedule opening day for the cagers at the Ada Gym conference room at noon. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s pretty dark down here. We have no power and no running water. I\u2019ve heard that it might not be fixed until Saturday,\u201d said league coordinator Elias Rangamar.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder to all of the aspiring coaches, Rangamar explained that all coaches that didn\u2019t complete the certification course are in \u201climbo\u201d and must reschedule with his office as soon as possible. He continued that if the coach does not complete the clinic then his team would not be permitted to play in the league.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are a lot of talented individuals out there, but they need to understand the game.
