{"id":82287,"date":"2004-06-30T18:58:00","date_gmt":"2004-06-30T18:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/9fd3a412-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2004-06-30T18:58:00","modified_gmt":"2004-06-30T18:58:00","slug":"9fd3a422-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/9fd3a422-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"\u2018Harassment case not unfounded\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The female attorney who had filed a sexual harassment complaint against CNMI chief prosecutor David Hutton said the Office of Personnel Management probe never found the complaint unfounded.<\/p>\n<p>The attorney, whose name is being withheld, used to work for the Attorney General\u2019s Office\u2019s Criminal Division headed by Hutton.<\/p>\n<p>The attorney\u2019s lawyer, former AG Robert Torres, said in a media release that acting AG Clyde Lemons Jr.\u2019s recent press statement that the complaint was unfounded was misleading.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe OPM investigative report made no such finding that the charges were unfounded.
