The Division of Environmental Quality Clean-up Brigade will be at it again, picking up trash at Sugar Dock to the Lally 4 Beach in Chalan Kanoa. <\/p>\n
People who would like to volunteer their time to clean up and beautify the island can meet the DEQ representative in the bright green T-shirt on Saturday, July 3, 2004, at 8am at Sugar Dock. <\/p>\n
\u201cCome join us and \u201cPick It Up\u201d! The brigade cleans until 10am and breaks for drinks, then continues if needed,\u201d the agency said in a statement.<\/p>\n
This month, outstanding brigade members who participated in at least 10 monthly cleanups will receive a brigade cap and those who participated at least three times will receive a bright green brigade shirt. <\/p>\n
\u201cThis is a cleanup that shouldn\u2019t be missed. So join DEQ\u2019s cleanup brigade and pick it up,\u201d it added.<\/p>\n
