Munson convicted Wang Jiu Ying on a charge of attempted improper entry by an alien. The judge tasked the worker to perform 200 hours of community service.<\/p>\n<p>During the worker\u2019s sentencing last Thursday, Munson also prohibited Wang from possessing a firearm or controlled substance.<\/p>\n<p>Wang was among 14 Chinese workers who attempted to enter Guam by sailing on a boat from Saipan last December.
