{"id":82821,"date":"2004-07-24T06:27:00","date_gmt":"2004-07-24T06:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/9ff66e05-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2004-07-24T06:27:00","modified_gmt":"2004-07-24T06:27:00","slug":"9ff66e19-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/9ff66e19-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"200-plus books for sale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Calvary Christian Academy has over 200 books left for sale after a three-day sale that began July 22 at the school grounds. <\/p>\n<p>Marilee Norman, 6th grade teacher, said the school is selling the books for a third of the price or less.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are trying to get rid of them so we don\u2019t have so many in our store room,\u201d said Norman, who assisted customers at the Science Lab during the book sale.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe had 400 books to start with, and now over a half of that is left,\u201d said Norman. \u201cWe might donate some of the new books that we do not sell to the Public Library.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Books remaining include grammar books, English literature, U.S. history, vocabulary books, math text, children\u2019s reading books, and teacher\u2019s edition books.<\/p>\n<p>Norman said the books are great for writers. \u201cSome of our books might be good for tutors, too.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Games for children and CCA uniform t-shirts are other items included in the sale.  <\/p>\n<p>The books remain available for sale.
