Mallards to hold open house today<\/b><\/p>\n
Garapan Elementary School wishes to inform all parents that an open house will be held today, August 5, in conjunction with the first parents-teachers association meeting of the new school year. <\/p>\n
The open house will from 5-6pm. The PTA meeting will start at 6pm in the cafeteria.<\/p>\n
Additionally, all parents must be aware that children who received free meals last year are pre-approved to receive free meals for the first 30 days of the 2004-2005 school year. <\/p>\n
Also as a reminder, GES hours are from 7:30am to 2:20pm. Parents are requested to please ensure that their children arrive at school between 7am and 7:30am. If he or she is not a bus rider, parents are advised to pick up their children before 3pm.<\/p>\n
St. Remedios Early Childhood Development Center School opening<\/b> <\/p>\n
The St. Remedios Early Childhood Development Center School has announced its opening dates.<\/p>\n
Children 3 years old will have their first day of school on Wednesday, Aug. 18. School for 4-year-olds will begin the next day, Thursday, Aug. 19, while 5-year-olds will have their opening on Friday, Aug. 20.<\/p>\n
On August 23, Monday, all students of St. Remedios will all come to school. Students should come to school before 7:30am and parents are requested to pick up theirchildren no later than noon.<\/p>\n

English placement test dates out <\/b><\/p>\n
The Northern Marianas College has scheduled an English Placement Test today, Aug. 5, at Room D-1, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm<\/p>\n
Those who will take the exam are advised to bring the following: A valid photo ID, pencils, proof of payment or receipt of either the placement testing fee ($25) or NMC application fee.<\/p>\n
