Muna said the man was recklessly driving his blue sedan at the parking lot of McDonald\u2019s. Muna said the vehicle hit a curb and then went off the pavement to the dirt road, landing on the northbound lane of the highway.<\/p>\n<p>A witness reportedly told police that the man\u2019s car was speeding.
