{"id":83561,"date":"2004-08-26T06:23:00","date_gmt":"2004-08-26T06:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/a06d06cd-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2004-08-26T06:23:00","modified_gmt":"2004-08-26T06:23:00","slug":"a06d06de-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/a06d06de-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"MCV works to restore live channels"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Marianas CableVision said yesterday that it continues to work to restore cable television service to the islands of Saipan, Tinian and Rota.<\/p>\n<p>As of yesterday, it said all live channel services have been restored, except for Fox and KACV, \u201cand we continue to work to bring those channels up.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>MCV said that damage assessment is almost complete and replacement materials and staff from off-island have been mobilized. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs the power returns cable service has been restored to some areas, but many pockets of outages remain,\u201d it said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>Customers who still have a service outage can call MCV at 235-4628.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are currently experiencing a large volume of phone calls.
