Joeten-Ace Hardware and Whirlpool Home Appliance have taken their partnership to a higher level, with recent efforts to further improve customer service at the store.<\/p>\n
On Wednesday, Whirlpool also expressed its appreciation for Ace Hardware\u2019s commitment to customer satisfaction<\/p>\n
Sean Beer, sales manager of the Australia-based Whirlpool Pacific, came on island to personally present the Customer Service Excellence Award to Ace Hardware officials and employees. Ace Hardware on Saipan is this year\u2019s sole winner of the award within the entire Pacific region.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re very honored to receive this award. This is not my award, but the entire staff\u2019s. They\u2019re the ones that made it happen,\u201d said Ron Woolsey, general manager of Joeten Ace Hardware.<\/p>\n
Beer also brought a special Business Excellence Award for Ron Woolsey, general manager of Joeten-Ace Hardware, for his outstanding achievement in customer service and sales.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur mission is to get Whirlpool products into everyone\u2019s home, and to keep the appliances performing at top quality. That\u2019s a commitment that Ron and his team have made. And they have achieved everything they have set out to do,\u201d Beer said.<\/p>\n
He also commended the store for its innovation and for the great shopping experience it provides customers. \u201cThe store is clean. It\u2019s very easy to find things. The staff are knowledgeable about the products they\u2019re selling,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n
During his visit, Beer conducted training for Joeten-Ace Hardware employees, updating them on new Whirlpool products and how each one of them works. The store personnel also had a chance to ask specific questions on which products suit different types of customers.<\/p>\n
This training, he said, is held regularly to keep the staff informed. \u201cIt\u2019s not just about selling, it\u2019s about satisfying customers and ensuring that customers get the right product that will do what they need to do,\u201d Beer said.<\/p>\n
As exclusive distributor of Whirlpool products on island, Joeten Ace Hardware provides one-year labor and parts warranty to Whirlpool buyers\u2014whether they purchase the product from any of the store\u2019s three branches or from off-island.<\/p>\n
Also on Wednesday, Joeten-Ace Hardware welcomed a new addition to its team\u2014a certified Whirlpool technician from the Philippines. <\/p>\n
Whirlpool products available at Joeten-Ace Hardware are laundry appliances, cooking appliances, refrigerators, and air conditioners.<\/p>\n
Joeten-Ace Hardware has branches in Gualo Rai, Susupe, and San Vicente. They are open 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday; 8am to 6pm Saturday; and 8am to 5pm Sunday.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
