To attempt circumvention of law via a contractual agreement is a tale of its intention to exploit artifacts on Pagan for profit.<\/p>\n<p>Azmar\u2019s intention would be in direct violation of the CNMI Constitution. Sir, no one is above the law and there are no exemptions either. It includes you and your group.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll fight you tooth and nail to protect to the spirit of our ancestors in these islands.
