NMITFF SWITCHES MEET DATES<\/p>\n
The Northern Marianas Islands Track and Field Federation has switched the dates for the Tinian Cross Country race and the Oceania Open and 18-and-under time trials.<\/p>\n
Runners participating in the open cross-country meet in Tinian will see action on Oct. 23, Saturday, starting at 3pm at the Tinian Elementary School on Saturday. Entrants in the Oceania Open and 18-and-under time trials, on the other hand, will have their competition on Oct. 16, Saturday, 3pm at the Oleai Sports Complex.<\/p>\n

MISA REVISES CALENDAR<\/p>\n
The Marianas Interscholastic Sports Association has moved sports like flag football and softball up its events calendar.<\/p>\n
According to MISA secretary Becky Covarrubias, flag football and softball has been rescheduled to start in the second quarter and will have its first playing date on Oct. 7, a Thursday.<\/p>\n
