Veteran’s Preference at the end of phase III or IV is not beneficial to the veteran candidate, as he/she may have failed the Phase II federal exam. No other federal agency does this after the fact! As I understand, no Veteran’s Preference is given on the Phase II Screeners exam. Why not?

All other government agencies (Post Office, Department of Defense, Dependent Schools [DODDS], PSS-CNMI) all give the 5 pt. preference on ANY federal government exam. Why not TSA?

Not giving the 5 pt. Preference on any government exam is highly irregular and unfair to all returning veterans (including current Iraqi combat veterans).
