The Society for Human Resource Management, CNMI Chapter will host \u201cPractical Issues to Workplace Improvement,\u201d an employer development conference. <\/p>\n
Speaking on their respective topics will be Jojo Cramer, Training Manager, PIC \u2013 Employee Motivation; Zita Sanchez, Private Human Resource Consultant \u2013 Workforce Development; Josephine Mesta, HR Manager, Hyatt Regency, Saipan \u2013 Time Management; and Dr. Patricia Smith, a licensed clinical psychologist \u2013 Stress Management. Dr. Rita H. Inos, Commissioner of Education, is the keynote speaker.<\/p>\n
All SHRM members are urged to join their peers for this current and informative conference. Non-members in the business community\u2014whether owners, managers or human resource professionals\u2014are invited to learn more about the Society and to improve their human resource knowledge through the conference.<\/p>\n
The CNMI Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management is the Commonwealth\u2019s foremost professional forum for discussion and training in Human Resource matters. Recognized as a Superior Merit Chapter, the CNMI branch is composed of human resource professionals from a variety of industries, large and small, who recognize a need for a local society for professionals in the human resources field. The CNMI Chapter is affiliated with the national organization.<\/p>\n
The conference will be held at the SandCastle, Hyatt Regency Saipan on Thursday, Oct. 21, 2004. Registration is from 8am to 8:30am with the conference commencing at 8:45am and concluding at 4pm. The cost, including the general sessions and lunch, is $50 for SHRM members and $65 for non-SHRM members. <\/p>\n
