{"id":85145,"date":"2004-10-27T05:05:00","date_gmt":"2004-10-27T05:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/a105419d-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2004-10-27T05:05:00","modified_gmt":"2004-10-27T05:05:00","slug":"a10541ad-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/a10541ad-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Man, woman face assault charges"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Attorney General\u2019s Office filed assault charges yesterday against a man and a woman in two separate cases at the Superior Court.<\/p>\n<p>Forty-two-year-old Juan Tenorio Cruz of Chalan Kanoa and 37-year-old Mildred Isimang of Chalan Kiya face criminal charges.<\/p>\n<p>CNMI chief prosecutor David Hutton lodged two counts of disturbing the peace and a count of assault against Cruz. He accused Cruz of assaulting one Jacob C.
