Entrance to the carnival is free for those in costumes. There will be games, dances, a haunted house and food. Students look forward to showing the Mallard Spirit.<\/p>\n<p>Other GES activities for the rest of October:<\/p>\n<p>Oct. 27: Education Day Proclamation signing @ 10am, Governor\u2019s Office<br \/>\nOct. 28: PTA Meeting @ 6pm, school cafeteria<br \/>\nOct. 29: Halloween Festival @ 6pm-9pm, GES Quad<br \/>\nOct. 29: Domestic Violence Vigil @ 6pm, American Memorial Park<\/p>\n<p>HOPWOOD JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL CULTURAL DAY<\/p>\n<p>Saturday, Oct. 30 will be Cultural Day at Hopwood Junior High School. This is considered a regular school day to make up for one of our typhoon days. School will be held from 8am-2:45pm. Busing and meals will be provided. Students will stay with their homeroom teachers for the whole day. Parents and adult community members are welcome. Minors who are non-Hopwood students will only be allowed on campus with parental supervision.
