Falig, who operates the Kosa Fisheries, at the Superior Court.<\/p>\n<p>D &#038; W\u2019s lawyer, S. Joshua Berger, accused Falig of breaching its contract with his client. Beginning Dec. 2001 until Sept. 2003, Falig purchased diesel from D &#038; W on several occasions, according to Berger.<\/p>\n<p>Berger said unpaid purchases now amount to some $3,864.86.
