Santos, legal intern for the AGO, also charged Castro with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, and accidents.<\/p>\n<p>Castro allegedly unlawfully operated the vehicle of one Ricardo B. Castro on Saipan on Aug. 8, 2004.<\/p>\n<p>The charging documents did not specify the relationship, if any, between defendant Castro and the vehicle\u2019s owner. The AGO said defendant Castro operated the vehicle without Ricardo Castro\u2019s permission.
