{"id":86319,"date":"2004-12-10T02:04:00","date_gmt":"2004-12-10T02:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/a18cc2cb-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2004-12-10T02:04:00","modified_gmt":"2004-12-10T02:04:00","slug":"a18cc2dc-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/a18cc2dc-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Bicol group turns over pavilion, holds induction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Bicol Association of the Northern Mariana Islands (BIANMI Inc.) will hold its much-awaited turnover ceremony of the \u201cBicol Pavilion\u201d to the CNMI government, represented by the Division of Parks and Recreation, tonight at 7pm, at the pavilion site.<\/p>\n<p>The pavilion is located between the Children\u2019s Playground and Veteran\u2019s Memorial Park along Beach Road in Susupe.<\/p>\n<p>BIANMI, a local organization of Filipinos from Bicol, a region south of Metro Manila, began the construction of the pavilion in 2002 and finished it in early 2003.  The organization, which consists of a number of engineers, took it up as a group project as part of efforts to contribute to the community. <\/p>\n<p>It is the organization\u2019s goal to always foster friendship and cooperation with its host community, the CNMI.<\/p>\n<p>During the ceremony, the organization will also hold its annual induction of its newly elected officers.<\/p>\n<p>The Bicol region is composed of six provinces and cities namely, Albay where the world\u2019s famous perfect-cone Mt.
