Aguilar, said Castro failed to settle the debt despite demand. The alleged debt has amounted to at least $11,805.84, inclusive of charges, as of March 5, 2004.<\/p>\n<p>On that date, Mid-Pac sent Castro a demand letter to settle the debt, Aguilar said.
