Department of Labor is second in the pecking order at 6-1, with its lone loss inflicted by the powerhouse PSS team.<\/p>\n<p>DPS I and Department of Community and Cultural Affairs are tied at third place with identical 6-2 marks, followed by Commonwealth Health Center and NMC, which both sport 4-4 slates.<\/p>\n<p>P&#038;S is just half a game behind CHC and NMC at 3-4.
