{"id":86973,"date":"2005-01-06T04:49:00","date_gmt":"2005-01-06T04:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/a1e4a4e8-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2005-01-06T04:49:00","modified_gmt":"2005-01-06T04:49:00","slug":"a1e4a4f9-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/a1e4a4f9-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"MPLA approves massage parlor on Managaha"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Marianas Public Lands Authority has approved a request to set up a massage parlor on Managaha Island.<\/p>\n<p>The health massage service will be provided by Mirage Corp. under a sublease with Tasi Tours, which holds the concession to operate business on Managaha.<\/p>\n<p>In a meeting Wednesday, the MPLA board noted that Mirage had been issued a permit to set up a massage facility on the island since April 2004. However, administrative issues involving both the MPLA management and the permit applicant delayed the project. Mirage had to re-submit its request after the permit lapsed.<\/p>\n<p>The new permit will be effective starting Jan. 5 until Oct. 31, 2005.<\/p>\n<p>According to MPLA, the massage facility will be located at the west side of Managaha.
