Ltd. filed the civil action after Yung Hwui Ko failed to voluntarily vacate a commercial space and pay for its rent.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the complaint filed by Batec\u2019s attorney, Danilo T. Aguilar, the businessman rented the space from Inchon Enterprises Inc. beginning January 2003. The lease expired after one year.<\/p>\n<p>Batec, however, acquired rights over the commercial spaces from Inchon.
