The meeting will be at 6pm at the campus cafeteria.<\/p>\n<p>CHACHA RESUMPTION OF CLASSES<\/p>\n<p>This is to inform all parents, guardians, students and the community that classes at Chacha Oceanview Junior High will resume on Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2005. Your child will leave Head Start more prepared for kindergarten, excited about learning, and ready to succeed.<\/p>\n<p>Open slots are at the following centers:<\/p>\n<p>San Antonio-PM session<br \/>\nSan Vicente-PM session<br \/>\nCapitol Hill-PM session<br \/>\nCapitol Hill-AM session<br \/>\nKagman III-PM session<br \/>\nKagman II-PM &#038; AM session<br \/>\nChalan Kanoa-AM session<\/p>\n<p>TWO SLOTS OPEN FOR APAICS FELLOWSHIP<\/p>\n<p>Two fellowship slot for 2005-2006 are now open at the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies in Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n<p>Both begin on September 2005 through May 2006, according to a joint announcement issued by Saipan Mayor Juan Borja Tudela and the APAICS.<\/p>\n<p>The fellowships are the George Aratani\/Daniel K. Inouye Fellowship and the Anheuser-Busch\/Frank Horton Fellowship. Both programs are designed to provide unique opportunities to two individuals who are committed to the Asian Pacific American communities. The prospective fellow must also be committed to pursuing careers in public service.<\/p>\n<p>APAICS will provide $20,000 to cover travel costs, housing and personal expenses. Fellows will spend nine months in Washington, D.C., either in the office of a Congressional member, a Congressional committee or a federal agency.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for the submission of an application for both fellowship programs is Feb 15, 2005. Only one application is necessary to be considered to either of the two fellowship programs. Finalists will be notified by May of 2005.<\/p>\n<p>The George Aratani\/Daniel K. Inouye Fellowship is named after current Sen. Daniel K. Inouye of Hawaii who was a combat veteran of World War II, and who has served in the U.S. Congress for nearly 40 years.<\/p>\n<p>The Anheuser-Busch\/Frank Horton Fellowship, on the other hand, was established to honor former Rep.
